ANNUAL RISK MANAGEMENT AND CONCUSSION TRAINING

All coaches are required to take online concussion training annually.

Additionally, all coaches need to fill out Risk Manangement with the EPYSA annually.  Both of these are completed through coaches registration.

Additional First Aid & CPR Training

We urge our parents and volunteers to be as educated as possible for your (and our) children's physical safety. In the rare occasion of an unforeseen tragedy or injury, it can be life saving to have someone(s) in the crowd that is First Aid and/or CPR certified. We are a small volunteer run organization, the more parents and guardians that can help in a time of need the better, although this is NOT REQUIRED to volunteer with AYSC.

You can become First Aid certified online or attend a class near you. CPR must be attended in person and can be combined with your First Aid class should you elect not to do the online certification.
